By using baywire.app or the Baywire Reddit app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Baywire.

Baywire provides aggregated Tampa Bay event and place listings and editorial guides for informational purposes.

Listings come from public sources and automated pipelines. Details may be incomplete or out of date. Verify times, prices, and ticketing on the original source before attending.

Do not misuse Baywire, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the service in ways that impair operation, or use Baywire for unlawful purposes.

Content and rankings reflect editorial judgment and automated processing; they are not guarantees.

The Baywire Reddit app is offered for use on r/Baywire when installed by moderators. Use of the app is also subject to Reddit’s Developer Terms and platform policies.

The app displays links and summaries from baywire.app. Reddit hosts the app runtime; Baywire is responsible for the upstream feed content.

Baywire links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Baywire is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baywire and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
