Baywire (“we”, “us”) operates baywire.app and related integrations, including the Baywire Reddit app for r/Baywire. This policy describes what information we handle and how.

Baywire aggregates public event and place listings from third-party sources. We do not require an account to browse the site.

If you sign in or save preferences, we may store account identifiers and settings using cookies or similar browser storage. Optional location preferences may be stored locally in your browser.

We may collect standard server logs (such as IP address, user agent, and requested URLs) for security and operations.

We use collected information to operate the site, personalize optional features, improve listings, and maintain security.

We do not sell personal information.

The Baywire Reddit app is installed by moderators on r/Baywire. It fetches public feed content from baywire.app and caches it briefly on Reddit’s Devvit infrastructure.

The app does not collect Reddit user profiles for Baywire’s own database. Moderator actions (such as creating a feed post) are handled through Reddit’s platform.

Baywire links to external event sources, venues, and services. Those sites have their own privacy practices.

Hosting, authentication, and infrastructure providers may process data on our behalf to run the service.

We retain data only as long as needed to operate Baywire and as required by law.

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
