What visitors say
Visitors consistently praise the friendly, patient staff and clear safety instruction, plus seeing dolphins/manatees; the main “deal” complaint is about retail pricing.
Urban Kai is a well-equipped paddleboarding outfit at Armature Works with classes, events, and sunset paddles. Visitors love the patient guides and wildlife sightings.
