A Halloween gong sound bath at The Body Electric Yoga Company guides you beyond ordinary awareness with a 38-inch symphonic gong, Himalayan metal sound bowls, and other overtone instruments. The session includes guided breathwork and rest in the Samhain “beyond the veil” theme. Bring a mat if you have one, plus a comfy blanket, head pillow, and eye mask.
