Inspired by the ancient Greek myths of Orpheus and Eurydice and Hades and Persephone, Hadestown: Teen Edition is a haunting and hopeful journey about love, trust, sacrifice, and the power of a song to change the world. Featuring a soul-stirring score influenced by folk, jazz, and blues, this acclaimed musical invites audiences to imagine how the world could be and reminds us why some stories are worth telling again and again. An independent producer/presenter has rented the theater for this performance; it is not programmed by the Straz Center.
